Cooking Class: Shrimp

Join Chef Tom for our next cooking class featuring one of our favorite ingredients: Shrimp! Learn shrimp basics, such as how to select and cook different species of shrimp and the best places to purchase fresh product. Chef Tom will guide you through a tasting of different species of shrimp, and demonstrate how to make some delectable dishes, including Tequila Shrimp Tostada, Smoky Shrimp Bisque with local ham, Bacon-wrapped Rosemary Shrimp, and Stuffed Shrimp with Citrus Aioli.

  • Class fee is $45 and must be paid at time of registration. This includes one complimentary glass of wine or tap beer per person as well as sales tax. Gratuity optional.
  • No children under the age of 16. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Class is limited to 25 people. Register in person or via phone with credit card. No refunds for cancelations made fewer than 7 days prior to the event.
