Cooking Class: Sous-Vide

Join Chef Tom to learn how the sous-vide cooking technique works and the marvelous ways in which it produces consistently cooked, tender, and delicious food. Details and recipes forthcoming!
Class fee of $45 must be paid at time of registration and includes instruction, recipes, food, and one glass of wine or tap beer per person, and sales tax. Gratuity is optional. Phone reservations may be made with a credit card. No children under the age of 16 are permitted, and children must be accompanied by an adult. Cancelations made in the 7 days prior to class will not receive a refund.
