One of the most anticipated dinners of the year, our annual Morel Dinner features spring's finest fleeting flavors. This year, Chef Mark will pair his cuisine with beers from Capital Brewery in an experience you don't want to miss. While the menu is still under development, you'll want to reserve your table now. Space is limited, and tickets sell quickly.

Cooking Class: Succulent Scallops

Join Chef Tom Wolowik to learn how to prepare scallops perfectly without fear of overcooking them. This demo-style class will feature the following topics and recipes:
- Types of scallops
- Where to purchase
- Spicy Ceviche
- Bay Scallop Chowder
- Pan-roasted Scallops with Citrus Aioli
- Bourbon-basted Scallops over Gruyere Grits
Tickets for the class are $45 each, which includes instruction, generous food sampling, recipes, and a glass of wine or beer. Payment is required at time of reservation, and reservations are required. No children under 16 permitted, and children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
