This cheese is just so good." * * * * * * * * * Our menu features now include: Baby Back Ribs - Chef Kevin's original BBQ sauce slathered over a half slab of pork Baby Back Ribs, served with caramelized onion mashed potatoes & sauteed summer squash Pheasant in Puff Pastry - Thanks to MacFarlane Farms in Janesville for the delicious pheasant we're serving topped with a creamy blend of caramelized onions, mushrooms & goat cheese, wrapped in puff pastry, baked 'til golden, served with garlic cream sauce, roasted red potatoes & sauteed summer squash Ribeye - Sixteen ounces of Certified Angus Beef bone-out Ribeye, cooked cowboy-style on cast iron, served with caramelized onion mashed potatoes & sauteed summer squash Fresh Day-boat Cod - This is OUR Friday Fish.
