Our featured menu items currently include: Fresh, day-boat Cod - Pan-sauteed & served with Parmesan herb compound butter, caramelized onion mashed potatoes & sauteed vegetables Escolar - brought it in on Thursday afternoon, sold out on Friday @ 9pm Bacon-wrapped Sirloin - We wrap a 7 ounce Certified Angus Beef Sirloin with hearty bacon, cook it cowboy style on cast iron & serve it with skin-on mashed red potatoes & sauteed vegetables Ribeye - 14 ounce, bone-out Ribeye, cooked cowboy style on cast iron, topped with red wine bleu cheese compound butter, served with skin-on mashed red potatoes & sauteed vegetables Flourless Chocolate Cake - rich, dense, chocolate ... enough said Chocolate Creme Brulee - smooth, thick chocolate 'custard' topped with caramelized sugar...ooh la la...
