We're featuring a 14-month Bandaged Cheddar from Willi Lehner at Bleu Mont Dairy; a 10-year Cheddar from Tony & Julie at Hook's Cheese Company; & the "one of a kind" Pleasant Ridge Reserve from the folks at Uplands Cheese Company. We feature local produce, cheese & proteins whenever possible.
