Start your Labor Day weekend off with a great dinner. We've got delicious, slow-cooked pork Baby Back Ribs with Chef Kevin's original BBQ sauce.  These ribs are what you want to eat.  No joke.

Our menu features now include:

Baby Back Ribs - Chef Kevin's original BBQ sauce slathered over a half slab of pork Baby Back Ribs, served with caramelized onion mashed potatoes & sauteed summer squash

Pheasant in Puff Pastry - Thanks to MacFarlane Farms in Janesville for the delicious pheasant we're serving topped with a creamy blend of caramelized onions, mushrooms & goat cheese, wrapped in puff pastry, baked 'til golden, served with garlic cream sauce, roasted red potatoes & sauteed summer squash  

Ribeye - Sixteen ounces of Certified Angus Beef bone-out Ribeye, cooked cowboy-style on cast iron, served with caramelized onion mashed potatoes & sauteed summer squash

Fresh Day-boat Cod - This is OUR Friday Fish.  Pan-roasted Cod, served with Parmesan herb compound butter, roasted red potatoes & sautéed vegetables

Desserts - Classic Creme Brulee & decadent Flourless Chocolate Cake

Available only for two more weeks, enjoy an Heirloom Tomato appetizer featuring hand-cared for heirloom tomatoes, Crave Brothers' fresh mozzarella, basil, balsamic reduction & extra virgin olive oil
