Pan-seared, 14 ounce center cut double bone pork chop* served with Wisconsin apple cider reduction, caramelized onion mashed potatoes & roasted carrots

Linguine tossed with julienne of zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms, carrot, red onion & fennel in a light sauce of olive oil, white wine, fresh herbs & caraway seeds 

Greek Chicken $16
Feta, herb & lemon zest stuffed chicken breast with garlic cream sauce,
sautéed vegetables & caramelized onion mashed potatoes

Rustic Flatbread Pizza $13
Roasted seasonal mushrooms, red onion, spinach, mozzarella, feta & garlic oil (add Italian sausage $2) 

Bistro Burger $11
Eight ounces of Certified Angus Beef* with melted Wisconsin cheddar,
on a toasted bakery onion bun, served with sea salt kettle chips & cottage cheese

 The only thing this Burger needs is the bun...it's that good.
