Our Favorite Classics
Pre-Prohibition era classic. Aviation American gin, lemon juice, crème de violette, and a touch of Luxardo maraschino liqueur. Shaken and served up.
An American twist on the classic Italian Negroni. Bourbon, sweet vermouth, and Campari. Served up or on the rocks with an orange twist.
Vodka (we like St. George Citrus vodka), fresh lemon juice, and Solerno Blood Orange liqueur. Shaken and served up with a sugared rim.
Tequila (we like Sauza Hornitos Plata), Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur, fresh lime juice, a touch of Rose's Lime Syrup, and a splash of sour. Shaken and served on the rocks; salt rim optional.
TIto's Handmade Vodka and fresh lime juice topped with Barritt's Ginger Beer. Served in the traditional copper mug.

007's signature dry martini with a Bistro twist. Boodles London Dry Gin, Ketel One Vodka, Lillet Blanc, and grapefruit bitters. Shaken, not stirred. Served up with a lemon peel.
Maple Bourbon Smash
Maker's Mark bourbon, Madagascar Vanilla-infused maple syrup, fresh sage, fresh lemon, orange, sugar, soda. Rocks.
George Dickel Rye whiskey, St. George Spirits Pear Liqueur, sweet vermouth. Up.
Western Son Ruby Red Grapefruit vodka, Aperol, fresh lemon, fresh rosemary, grapefruit juice. Rocks.
Bacardi Silver rum, Tattersall Cranberry Liqueur, fresh lime, housemade herbal syrup (juniper, toasted coriander, fresh sage). Up.
Asbach brandy, Tattersall Orange Crème vodka, Bittercube Blackstrap bitters, fresh lemon, honey. Up with sugared rim.
