To Our Guests

Saturday, March 14, 2020

To all of our guests, friends, and family:

As everyone is well-aware, COVID-19/Coronavirus has very quickly become a major issue in our society. It is our determination that all of us as a community must do everything we can to ensure people’s safety. Bistro 101 has always strived to meet and exceed local and national food safety practices. Everyone who works here makes these practices their highest priority. Well before this flu strain existed, employees have been educated on and constantly reminded of the importance of impeccable personal hygiene.  We will continue to stress the importance of frequent handwashing, glove-wearing, and continually sanitizing all surfaces as we work.

UPDATE 3/17: Governor Tony Evers has declared a ban on gatherings of 10 people or more, beginning at 5:00 pm this evening. As such, we find it prudent to close our bar and dining room for the time being. CURBSIDE family meal pickup will begin as planned tomorrow 3/18. Those details coming yet this evening and will be posted here and on our website.

As an additional service, starting Wednesday, March 18th, Bistro 101 will be offering select family-style dinners fully prepared for curbside pickup. We will focus on comfort food fully cooked and ready to be finished in your personal home. Selections and pricing will be posted on our website starting Tuesday evening.

We wish all of you the best during these trying times.
